đź“ś Ketentuan Layanan (T.O.S)A. Ketentuan Umum
A.1. Hak Penerimaan & Penolakan
Fey berhak menolak komisi dengan alasan profesional (misalnya: tidak sesuai niche, kapasitas
penuh, atau brief di luar kemampuan teknis) tanpa kewajiban penjelasan detail.
A.2. Hak Cipta & Lisensi
- Fey memegang hak cipta penuh atas setiap karya yang dihasilkan
- Klien memperoleh lisensi penggunaan sesuai paket yang dibeli (Personal atau Komersial)
- Karya tidak boleh di-edit, di-trace, atau di-rekonstruksi tanpa izin tertulis
- Gaya visual Fey dilindungi sebagai identitas brand; klien dilarang meminta karya yang secara sistematis meniru total karya artist lain untuk tujuan komersial
A.3. Larangan Penggunaan
Karya Fey dilarang digunakan untuk:
- Non-Fungible Token (NFT) atau blockchain-based product
- Training dataset untuk AI/ML model (generative AI)
- Konten yang melanggar hukum, mengandung ujaran kebencian, atau eksploitasi
- Konten yang melanggar hak pihak ketiga (copyright, trademark)
A.4. Kredit & Atribusi
Klien wajib mencantumkan kredit kepada Fey saat mempublikasikan karya di media sosial atau
platform digital. Kecuali untuk komisi private (lihat bagian F).B. Sistem Pembayaran
B.1. Metode Pembayaran
- Lokal (Indonesia): Bank Transfer, ShopeePay, GoPay, Dana
- Internasional: PayPal, Ko-fi
B.2. Skema Pembayaran
Opsi 1: 100% di muka (full payment sebelum produksi dimulai)
Opsi 2: 50% di muka + 50% setelah sketsa disetujui (recommended)
B.3. Kebijakan Refund
- Refund 100% jika komisi dibatalkan sebelum produksi dimulai
- Refund 50% jika dibatalkan setelah sketsa selesai
- Tidak ada refund setelah tahap lineart atau pewarnaan dimulai
- Force Majeure: penundaan maksimal 7 hari kerja; jika melebihi, klien boleh request refund parsialC. Proses Produksi & Timeline
C.1. Estimasi Waktu Pengerjaan
- Chibi/Semi-chibi: 3–7 hari kerja
- Anime/Semi-realism: 7–14 hari kerja
- Komisi Semi-Komersial/Indie: +3–5 hari kerja tambahan
Pengerjaan bisa memakan waktu lebih lama tergantung tingkat kesulitan.
C.2. Milestone & Update
Fey mengirimkan preview di setiap tahap utama:
1. Sketsa awal (rough sketch) → butuh approval sebelum lanjut
2. Lineart → butuh approval
3. Base color → butuh approval
4. Final render & polish → kirim file final setelah pelunasan
Dengan pengecualian komisi tipe skeb atau surprise me.
C.3. Tenggat Respons Klien
Klien wajib memberikan feedback maksimal 48 jam setelah preview dikirim. Jika lewat dari 48 jam
tanpa kabar, proyek akan:
- Di-pause sementara
- Dialihkan ke slot berikutnya
- Dikenakan delay fee Rp25.000 per 24 jam (jika berulang)D. Kebijakan Revisi
D.1. Revisi Gratis
- Maksimal 2 kali revisi mayor pada tahap sketsa awal
- 1 kali revisi minor pada tahap base color (misal: adjust warna rambut, mata)
- Revisi minor: perubahan kecil yang tidak mengubah struktur utama
D.2. Biaya Revisi Tambahan
- Revisi mayor ke-3 di sketsa: Rp25.000 per revisi
- Revisi mayor di lineart/color: Rp50.000 per revisi
- Major overhaul (ganti pose, karakter, konsep): dihitung sebagai komisi baru
D.3. Batas Revisi
Tidak ada perubahan struktural setelah lineart disetujui. Jika klien tetap memaksa, Fey berhak
menolak atau menambahkan biaya rework senilai 75% dari harga base.E. Paket Lisensi Penggunaan
E.1. Personal Use (default)
- Harga standar di price list
- Diperbolehkan post di media sosial pribadi
- Diperbolehkan print untuk koleksi pribadi
- Tidak boleh dijual, di-edit, atau digunakan untuk promosi komersial
E.2. Semi‑Komersial Indie
- Harga = Base Price Ă— 1,75
- Boleh digunakan untuk: Avatar PNGTuber / VTuber; Cover buku indie (self‑publish); Promosi konten kreator kecil (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram); Tidak boleh untuk merchandise massal atau corporate branding.
E.3. Full Commercial
- Harga = Base Price Ă— 2,5
- Lisensi penuh untuk: Merchandise (print on demand/lokal); Promosi brand kecil; Asset game indie (non‑AAA); Hak cipta visual tetap di Fey; klien mendapat lisensi eksklusif 2 tahun
E.4. Full Copyright Transfer
- Harga = Base Price Ă— 4
- Hak cipta penuh beralih ke klien
- Fey hanya boleh pakai sebagai portofolio (dengan seizin klien)
- Wajib kontrak tertulisF. Komisi Private & Privacy
F.1. Default Privacy
Fey berhak memposting karya (termasuk WIP) di media sosial dan portofolio sebagai marketing.
F.2. Private Commission
Jika klien menginginkan 100% privacy (tidak di-posting sama sekali):
- Biaya tambahan: +30% dari total harga (untuk semua paket)
- Klien wajib menyatakan sejak briefing awal
- Karya tidak akan muncul di feed, portofolio, atau promosi apapun
F.3. Delayed Posting
Klien bisa request penundaan posting maksimal 30 hari setelah final delivery, tanpa biaya tambahan.G. Ruang Lingkup Pekerjaan
G.1. Kategori yang Dikerjakan

TIDAK BISA
- Gore eksplisit / NSFW / fetish content
- Mecha, robot, kendaraan teknis
- Konten yang melanggar hukum atau hak pihak ketiga
- Konten politik atau propaganda
G.2. Keterbatasan Teknis
- Kompleksitas armor/mechanic detail akan disederhanakan
- Karya dihasilkan dalam format digital file (PNG/JPG/PSD) - Tidak
menyediakan file vektor (SVG/AI)
- Resolusi maksimal 300 DPI, 4000Ă—4000 pixel (sesuai paket)H. Tanggung Jawab Klien
H.1. Brief yang Jelas
Klien wajib menyampaikan:
- Visual reference (gambar, pose, color palette)
- Deskripsi karakter & mood yang diinginkan
- Detail teknis (canvas size, file format)
- Deadline jika ada (min. 14 hari kerja sebelum tenggat)
H.2. Komunikasi yang Profesional
- Klien wajib bersikap sopan dan konstruktif
- Feedback harus spesifik dan terfokus (jangan "I don't like it, fix it")
- Keterlambatan respons >48 jam akan dianggap approval otomatis dan lanjut ke tahap berikutnya
H.3. Ketepatan Pembayaran
- Pelunasan maksimal 3 hari kerja setelah final preview
- Keterlambatan >7 hari akan dikenakan late fee 5% per hari (maksimal 30%)
- Keterlambatan >14 hari maka komisi dianggap batal dan hak cipta kembali ke FeyI. Force Majeure & Kondisi Khusus
I.1. Kondisi Darurat
Jika Fey mengalami: sakit berkepanjangan, keadaan darurat keluarga, atau krisis mental maka
klien akan diberitahu dalam 24 jam dan akan ditawarkan opsi:
- Penundaan maksimal 14 hari kerja
- Refund parsial (sesuai progress yang sudah dibuat)
- Konversi ke gift card senilai 110% (berlaku 1 tahun)
I.2. Tindakan Klien yang Mengganggu
Fey berhak membatalkan komisi dengan refund 50% jika klien:
- Mengirim spam pesan (>10 pesan tanpa respons dalam 24 jam)
- Menggunakan bahasa kasar, menyerang personal, atau melakukan manipulasi
- Melakukan chargeback tanpa komunikasiTanda Tangan Digital
Dengan melakukan pembayaran DP, klien menyatakan telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh ketentuan di atas.
đź“ś Terms Of Service (T.O.S)A. General Terms
A.1. Right of Acceptance & Refusal
Fey reserves the right to refuse a commission for professional reasons (for example: not within niche, fully booked, or a brief beyond technical capability) without any obligation to provide detailed explanation.
A.2. Copyright & Licensing
- Fey retains full copyright over every artwork produced.
- The client receives a usage license according to the package purchased (Personal or Commercial).
- The artwork may not be edited, traced, or reconstructed without written permission.
- Fey’s visual style is protected as a brand identity; the client is prohibited from requesting works that systematically and entirely imitate another artist’s work for commercial purposes.
A.3. Prohibited Uses
Fey’s artwork may not be used for:
- Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) or blockchain-based products.
- Training datasets for AI/ML models (generative AI).
- Content that is illegal, contains hate speech, or exploitation.
- Content that infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademark).
A.4. Credit & Attribution
The client must credit Fey when publishing the artwork on social media or digital platforms, except for private commissions (see section F).B. Payment System
B.1. Payment Methods
- Local (Indonesia): Bank Transfer, ShopeePay, GoPay, Dana.
- International: PayPal, Ko-fi.
B.2. Payment Schemes
Option 1: 100% upfront (full payment before production starts).
Option 2: 50% upfront + 50% after the sketch is approved (recommended).
B.3. Refund Policy
- 100% refund if the commission is canceled before production starts.
- 50% refund if canceled after the sketch is completed.
- No refund after the lineart or coloring stage has started.
- Force majeure: maximum delay of 7 working days; if exceeded, the client may request a partial refund.C. Production Process & Timeline
C.1. Estimated Turnaround Time
- Chibi/Semi-chibi: 3–7 working days.
- Anime/Semi-realism: 7–14 working days.
- Semi-Commercial/Indie commissions: +3–5 additional working days.
Work may take longer depending on complexity.
C.2. Milestones & Updates
Fey will send previews at each main stage:
1. Rough sketch → requires approval before proceeding.
2. Lineart → requires approval.
3. Base color → requires approval.
4. Final render & polish → final files are delivered after full payment.
With the exception of skeb or “surprise me” type commissions.
C.3. Client Response Deadline
The client must provide feedback within a maximum of 48 hours after a preview is sent. If there is no response after 48 hours, the project will:
- Be temporarily paused.
- Be moved to the next slot.
- Incur a delay fee of 2 USD per 24 hours (if repeated).D. Revision Policy
D.1. Free Revisions
- Maximum 2 major revisions at the rough sketch stage.
- 1 minor revision at the base color stage (e.g., adjusting hair or eye color).
- Minor revisions are small changes that do not alter the main structure.
D.2. Additional Revision Fees
- 3rd major revision at sketch stage: 2 USD per revision.
- Major revision at lineart/color stage: 4 USD per revision.
- Major overhaul (changing pose, character, concept): counted as a new commission.
D.3. Revision Limit
No structural changes are allowed after the lineart is approved. If the client still insists, Fey reserves the right to refuse or to add a rework fee of 75% of the base price.E. Usage License Packages
E.1. Personal Use (default)
- Standard prices as listed in the price list.
- Allowed to post on personal social media.
- Allowed to print for personal collection.
- Not allowed to sell, edit, or use for commercial promotion.
E.2. Semi-Commercial Indie
- Price = Base Price Ă— 1.75.
- May be used for: PNGTuber / VTuber avatars; indie book covers (self-published); promotion for small content creators (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
- Not allowed for mass-produced merchandise or corporate branding.
E.3. Full Commercial
- Price = Base Price Ă— 2.5.
- Includes license for: merchandise (print on demand/local); promotion for small brands; indie game assets (non-AAA).
- Visual copyright remains with Fey; the client receives an exclusive 2-year license.
E.4. Full Copyright Transfer
- Price = Base Price Ă— 4.
- Full copyright is transferred to the client.
- Fey may only use the work for portfolio purposes (with the client’s permission).
- A written contract is required.F. Private Commissions & Privacy
F.1. Default Privacy
Fey reserves the right to post the artwork (including WIPs) on social media and in portfolios for marketing purposes.
F.2. Private Commission
If the client requests 100% privacy (no posting at all):
- Additional fee: +30% of the total price (for all packages).
- The client must state this from the initial briefing.
- The artwork will not appear in any feed, portfolio, or promotional material.
F.3. Delayed Posting
The client may request a posting delay of up to 30 days after final delivery at no additional cost.G. Scope of Work
G.1. Accepted Categories
CAN DO:
- Humans (male/female, various ages, ethnicities, body types).
- Animals & pets.
- Original Characters (OC) & Fanart.
- Multiple characters (maximum 5 per frame).
- Simple to detailed backgrounds (according to package).
- Various styles: cute, simple, semi-realistic, comic-like.
CANNOT DO:
- Explicit gore / NSFW / fetish content.
- Mecha, robots, technical vehicles.
- Content that violates the law or third-party rights.
- Political content or propaganda.
G.2. Technical Limitations
- Complex armor/mechanical details will be simplified.
- Artwork is delivered as digital files (PNG/JPG/PSD) – vector files (SVG/AI) are not provided.
- Maximum resolution 300 DPI, 4000Ă—4000 pixels (depending on package).H. Client Responsibilities
H.1. Clear Brief
The client must provide:
- Visual references (images, poses, color palettes).
- Character description & desired mood.
- Technical details (canvas size, file format).
- Deadline if any (minimum 14 working days before the due date).
H.2. Professional Communication
- The client must behave politely and constructively.
- Feedback must be specific and focused (not “I don’t like it, fix it”).
- Response delays of more than 48 hours will be considered automatic approval and work will proceed to the next stage.
H.3. Timely Payment
- Final payment is due within 3 working days after the final preview.
- Delays of more than 7 days will incur a late fee of 5% per day (up to 30% maximum).
- Delays of more than 14 days will result in the commission being considered canceled and all rights reverting to Fey.I. Force Majeure & Special Conditions
I.1. Emergency Conditions
If Fey experiences prolonged illness, family emergency, or mental health crisis, the client will be informed within 24 hours and offered:
- A delay of up to 14 working days.
- A partial refund (according to the progress already completed).
- Conversion to a gift card worth 110% (valid for 1 year).
I.2. Disruptive Client Behavior
Fey reserves the right to cancel the commission with a 50% refund if the client:
- Sends spam messages (>10 messages without response within 24 hours).
- Uses abusive language, personal attacks, or manipulation.
- Initiates a chargeback without prior communication.Digital Signature
By paying the down payment (DP), the client declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
